Hope House & Foundry Tour

Dating back to 1812, Hope House & Foundry is firmly rooted in Mabgate's rich industrial history. After a recent refurbishment in 2023, the site now homes over 15 creative businesses and charities - including MAP Charity's own education centre which teaches some of the same skills that revolutionised the textile industry over 100 years ago. The tour will consist of a brief overview of the charity, the site's current usage and a look at some of the heritage features discovered during the refurb.
