Explore the building that changed the world! A Georgian Masterpiece, of worldwide importance that sits in the heart of Bristol, nestled amongst the shops in Broadmead. Created by John Wesley, it is the first and oldest Methodist building in the world!

John Wesley’s New Room consists of an 18th century chapel, museum, library, café and contemporary venue hire space – a place where everyone is welcome to explore, step back, reconnect and recharge. All are welcome.

Timings & Tours

Saturday 13 September:
Activities in The Chapel 10:30 - 12:00 & 13:00 - 15:00. The museum opens 1000 - 1600. Last entry time 15.30. Free museum entry.
