Take a walking tour of the senior school site and view documents and artefacts illustrating 480 years since the school’s foundation in 1545. Staff, with assistance from current students and Old Coventrians, will provide a guided tour of the most historically important parts of the school buildings, including the Memorial Library (an official war memorial) and the Jeff Vent Archive Room. Moreover, to celebrate 50 years of coeducation, the school is holding an exhibition in the Burgess Hall, showcasing the inspiring journeys and diverse achievements of women educated at King Henry VIII School over the past five decades.
