Discover a hidden island in the heart of Hatfield Moors. Enjoy woodland walks, reflections from different faith traditions, homemade cakes, and plenty of family-friendly things to see and do. Guided tours of the Hall are also available.

A 180-acre oasis in the Humberhead Levels National Nature Reserve, Lindholme is a place of remarkable seclusion, history, wildlife, and natural beauty. Come for the full day or just a few hours and discover the stories, landscape, and community that continue to inspire life on the island today.

Kora Walk | 9:30am – 4:00pm
Follow the route through ancient woodland and out across open moorland views. Inspired by the Tibetan Buddhist tradition of walking mindfully around a special place, the Kora walk is a lovely way to experience the land and bring to mind kind wishes for others. Suitable for all ages, routes range from 100 yards to 3 miles and you are welcome to arrive at any time.

Kinship of Faiths Gathering | 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Join friends and representatives from several different faith traditions as we gather to explore ideas and reflections around this year’s theme: Our Future – Connecting Together.

Tours of Lindholme Hall (ticketed) | 10:30am – 2:00pm
Discover the fascinating stories of the people of the island through a guided tour of the historic Georgian Hall. Look out for special details, including a hand-painted frieze left behind by a prisoner of war and beautiful wildlife illustrations that helped inspire the protection of the moors.

Café & Refreshments
Head over to our Coach House Café for a selection of homemade cakes and refreshments. You are also very welcome to bring your own picnic.

We hope to see you there!
