Visit the Lion Salt Works on Sunday 20 September from 11am-4pm for a fun free family day out!

The Lion Salt Works is a restored historic open-pan salt making site, in the village of Marston, close to Northwich. This £10.23 million project opened in June 2015 offering a fascinating journey through the life of the country’s last open-pan salt making site. Join us for FREE ENTRY to the Lion Salt Works to explore the lives of the people who worked here.
There will be children’s games and crafts, traditional open pan salt making demonstrations with Lion Salt Works Trust and free guided tours throughout the day.
