Join Boost’s design director Chris Hawken for talks that cover the use of technologies like 3D printers and lasers in modern making and take a look behind the scenes at how Boost breast forms are made.
Step inside Boost House and experience a vibrant celebration of creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation. This unique event brings together a curated selection of independent makers, artists, and small businesses, offering visitors the chance to browse, purchase, and connect directly with the people behind the products. Expect a diverse mix of handmade goods, from ceramics and jewellery to contemporary art pieces and thoughtful gifts.
Throughout the day, Boost’s Design Director, Chris Hawken, will host two informal and engaging talks at 11am and 2pm. These sessions will explore how modern tools such as 3D printing and laser engraving are transforming the way products are designed and made, particularly for small, purpose-driven businesses. Chris will also share insight into the journey of developing Boost’s products, offering a rare look at how innovation and empathy come together in the creation process.
Visitors will have the opportunity to go behind the scenes of Boost House itself — a building many will remember in its former life as a Barclays bank. Now thoughtfully reimagined, the space reflects Boost’s mission and values, blending heritage modern comforts. This is a chance to rediscover the building, see how it has been transformed, and explore areas not usually open
