England's only surviving 17th century deer course and grandstand.

Lodge Park, owned by the National Trust, is England's only surviving 17th century deer course and grandstand built by John 'Crump' Dutton to satisfy his love of gambling and entertaining, it is now set in a landscape designed by Charles Bridgeman. An all day exhibition of items related to the Dutton family and the use of Lodge Park for 400 years. Members of the Sherborne Village Archive will be available to answer any questions on the history of the Lodge and the Park.
