Luneside Studios Limited is an artist-led studio group, established in 1983, providing studio space for artists in Lancaster. We are located in a beautiful building on Castle Park, overlooking the main gates of the Castle. Our original studios were on the second floor of St George’s Works on St George’s Quay, near Carlisle Bridge, which we occupied from 1983 to 2006. The Studios relocated to Castle Park in 2008. There are currently 15 artists who have studio space with us. The work produced includes painting, drawing, illustration, printmaking, collage and photography.

As part of HODs 2026, the Studios will be open to the public between 1200 and 1800 on Saturday 19th September and between 1200 and 1600 on Sunday 20th September.
