A survival from Lynn's Tudor economy and detailed models of Lynn's historic buildings.

Incorporating stone from the demolished friaries of Lynn, this brick warehouse was originally constructed by the Clayborne family to store their corn, salt and wine. It is Grade II* listed and takes its name from the Marriott brothers who owned or leased several granaries on the South Quay in the 19th century, including this warehouse. An impressive three storey Tudor building mostly of brick which is administered by registered charity Marriott's Warehouse Trust. The Trust, which aims to promote the history of this building and the trading history of the town has displays which tell the story of the magnificent warehouses and Lynn's trading past.

On second floor are exhibitions of models featuring iconic local buildings and a townscape by local carpenter Fred Hall.
