We celebrate our church here in Thornhill with a talk by an Architect and Historian;a photo exhibition by Dewsbury Photographic Soc Features a talk and display on the local mining disaster.

Saturday 12th September @10 Coffee and Cakes - Talk 1030-11.30 by Stuart Hartley - a new talk on people and buildings who made our area.

Saturday 19th September @10 Coffee and Cakes - Talk 1030-11.30 :by David Gaunt about the new memorial to those killed in the 1893 and 1947 mining disaster and those who died.

Saturday 12th- Sunday 20th An exhibition of Photographs by members of Dewsbury Photographic Society.
