Join us for a nostalgic walk from UoR London Road Campus (Museum of English Rural Life - MERL) through the town centre and return to the MERL, as we retrace 1984 RAG Float Parade route – ‘Raising and Giving’ (RAG) has long been at the heart of Reading Students’ Union’s fundraising spirit. We’ll pause at key points along the parade route to revisit the energy and excitement of past RAG parades through photographs, stories, memories, including several corny jokes of the era,.
