The accompanying website contains information about the different yards history and ships launched.
On Saturday 19 September the trail will be launched with groups setting off from North Devon Maritime Museum, Appledore and Pannier Pantry, Bideford.

At the Pannier Pantry in Bideford there will be an exhibition about the Trail, the Young Shipbuilders project involving local schools and restoration of Jane Hannah MacDonald III the last rowed lifeboat based at Appledore 1910-1922.
