Odeon Cinema Harrogate - an Art Deco Gem

Other cinemas in Harrogate have come and gone, but the 1936 Art Deco style Odeon has always been a head turner. The Odeon has been a constant cultural and entertainment presence for approaching 90 years. It is a much loved and much recognised local landmark and has been granted Grade II listed building status in recognition of its importance.
The exhibition will be open each day from Monday to Thursday, with hourly tours of the ground floor (see times below).
Kevin Langford, who has worked at the Odeon for 38 years, will be available during the exhibition times and tours. Kevin has a wealth of knowledge about this iconic cinema and will be happy to discuss any aspect of the building and its history with you.
