Discover the last battle on English soil, fought through the streets of Preston in 1715 between Jacobite and Government armies. This guided walk takes in the key areas of the battle and its aftermath.

The walk will reveal the Battle of Preston 1715, taking in the sites of the barricades on Friargate and Church Street, the burning houses where the fighting was hardest, and key locations such as the Minster and the Flag Market.
