RAF Coltishall Heritage Centre
Building 40 (Main Guardroom), Scottow Enterprise Park, Badersfield, Badersfield, Norfolk, NR10 5FB
RAF Coltishall closed in 2006 and since its inception, the RAF Coltishall Heritage Centre has told the story of this iconic Battle of Britain and Cold War station. From Hurricanes and Spitfires to the Lightnings and Jaguars, the knowledgeable guides, most of whom served on the station tell, visitors the story from a personal point of view. With the arrival of a Jaguar aircraft in 2024, the exhibits reflect the breadth of the Station's illustrious history from fending off the Luftwaffe in WWII to the Jaguar's role in the Cold War, the first Gulf War and the Balkan conflict. As a thriving enterprise park, the site still clearly shows its heritage and much of the station is as it was when the Royal Air Force operated from its runway, taxiways and buildings.
