New House Bungalow was demolished and New House was commissioned and built by the Green Building Store (now Green Building Company) and completed in the summer of 2024. It is a certified PassivHaus and incorporates an air source heat pump, a mechanical ventilation heat recovery (MVHR) system and solar panels on the south facing catslide roof. The building is super insulated and has triple glazing. It is future-proofed for the client’s needs, providing an accessible home.
