Botanical Gardens, Clarkehouse Road, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, S10 2LN
Join us for 30 minute tours highlighting people who have influenced the Botanical Gardens since 1836. Tours start at the Main Entrance on Clarkehouse Rd at 11.30, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm. They will finish near the Thompson Rd entrance. Volunteers will be available to talk about the Gardens. We will have leaflets about a longer Heritage walk starting at Broomhill Library, going through the Botanical Gardens and ending at the General Cemetery. We will also be promoting a short tour about Women Botanical Artists of the 19th Century who have painted plants found in the Botanical Gardens.
