Southwood Hall dates from the 1650s and the gardens are open for visitors to enjoy.

Southwood Hall was built in the 1650s for John Bacchus, a Hull merchant. It is a Grade II* listed building and may have been the work of William Catlyn, who built Wilberforce House in Hull. It has been beautifully restored by its current owner, as have the gardens. Please note that while the gardens are open for visitors, the house is not.
Light refreshments will be available.
