Join us for a free spotlight tour of HMS Alliance and the Memorial Garden at The Submarine Museum. Learn about the history of the Submarine service and those who have served in it...

Join the Royal Navy Submarine Museum for a special spotlight tour of HMS Alliance, discovering the sole surviving Second World War-era submarine, a rich example of naval architecture. Climb aboard and find out about life on Alliance, explore the challenges and camaraderie onboard submarines, and see everything from where torpedoes were kept to the all-important periscope.

Following your tour of HMS Alliance, Commodore Chris Munns (retired), with his 20 years experience in the Submarine Service, will guide you to the Memorial Wall, where you'll hear about some courageous men that served in early submarines and forged the traditions and culture which are still evident in the modern submarine service.
