St Helens Cemetery Heritage Tour

Following a visit to the Sunset & Sunrise Chapels, a short talk/video about the 1960’s building , walk through a photographic exhibition and then embark on a guided tour of the Rose Memorial Garden and a tour of some notable graves and memorials. An outside tour and talk about the 1858 Victorian Church of England Mortuary Chapel.

Ample car parking in the crematorium car park.

Refreshments will be available,

Toilets are on site in the crematorium building.

The tour of guided heritage locations in the cemetery is 1 and half / 2 hours long but the chapel will be open for a duration of 3 hours where you are welcome to view the display, have a cup of tea and watch a short video. Dogs welcome on heritage walking tour only. Assistance dogs only allowed in crematorium building
