Guided Tours of this 13th Century Church and access to the tower to look at the bells and admire the view from the base of the spire.

The church will be open, as usual, on the Saturday (13th) and Sunday (14th) afternoon but with guides available to provide information on the history of the building. There will be a small exhibition in the Bathurst Chapel and an opportunity to look at the New Zealand window. On the Saturday the tower will be open for access in small groups to learn about bell ringing, see the bells and have access to the base of the spire to admire the 360 degree view of Lydney. Groups for the tower tour will be limited to 4 people at a time and a booking system will be in operation.

Accessibility details

No wheelchair access to tower. The tower is not pushchair friendly or accessible to assistance dogs. Limited free parking is available but is shared with the park.
