Church open 10-4 on Saturday and 2-5 on Sunday. Registers of baptisms, weddings and services available to view. Photographs, past parish magazines and architectural plans on display. Children's trail

St Richard's Church, originally known as All Saints, will be opening the church and chapel to visitors, with an interactive children's trail and documents available to research the history of this lovely little 1960s building.

Hear both the original Sixsmiths single manual pipe organ and the Hauptwerk electronic organ, which utilises the console from St Francis Newall Green.

Friends old and new are very welcome. There will be limited parking available and no access to toilet facilities before 2pm on Saturday, due to our resident dance school being open in the hall.

On Sunday, our heritage weekend will end with a traditional service of Evensong at 4.30pm (half an hour)

Accessibility details

There will only be access to the toilets (including the accessible toilet) from 3pm onwards on Saturday and on Sunday, due to our toilets being in the hall which is in use until 3pm on Saturday. There is level access to church, but two steps up to the main altar and sanctuary area. The chapel has level access from church - and there is level access to the hall by exiting the church and using the side door to the hall. The church area is covered by a hearing loop.

Additional information

We are part of the Inclusive Church network and welcome everyone to visit. Please note the limited access to facilities on Saturday - the exhibition will be opening then but without refreshments or access to toilets until after 3pm.
