Built between 1889 and 1892, the church merited reference in Pevsner’s ‘The Buildings of England’ series.

Built between 1889 and 1892, the church merited reference in Pevsner’s ‘The Buildings of England’ series. It contains Arts and Crafts features designed by William Morris, Sir Edward Burne-Jones, Hare and Kempe, with a war memorial designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott and magnificent reredos designed by G F Bodley.
