A guided tour around the Grade One listed St Margaret’s Church and a guided walk around the Lower Stratton Conservation Area.

Church historian Andrew Martin will be leading a tour of the Grade One listed St Margaret’s Church which dates from 1280. This will be followed by a guided walk of the Lower Stratton Conservation Area led by local historians Nigel Chalk and Clive Carter.

The church can be accessed from Church Street where there is limited on-street parking. The main car park is next to the adjoining St Margaret’s Centre on Kenwin Close for which the postcode is SN3 4NY. The event will start at the church porch at 10am on Saturday 12th September 2026.
