Many people have a German or Austrian ancestor who moved to the UK and made a contribution to British civic, community, industrial, academic, cultural or family life.
During the Heritage Open Days this year we want to encourage all to join us in mapping and telling the story of these contributions.
A map will be published to https://www.agfhs.com/ where members of the public see the contribution of German and Austrian Immigrants' contributions. Members of the public can submit entries for the map via https://www.agfhs.com/ along with a short description of their ancestor and an image or story, that can be published on the map.
