Thomas Kemp’s ‘Regency’ Seaside Estate

Join a member the Kemp Town Society and take a glimpse at the history, architecture and notable residents of the unique, Grade I Listed Kemp Town Estate from its inception in 1823 to the present day. We will explore Thomas Kemp’s original grand design for this extraordinary early speculative development. The tour will conclude with a visit to the 5.5-acre private Enclosures and its tunnel that leads onto the seaside Esplanade.
