Have you ever wondered why leaves are different shapes? They were designed by nature. Why are trees different from one another in their structure and form? The right tree in the right place perhaps? Discover trees in the town and by the river.

Some of our town's trees are as ancient and majestic as the buildings you will see. There are often meaningful characteristics that trees convey through the changing seasons and their longevity in the landscape. You may not be a tree hugger but we think you will be surprised how much you enjoy Tree Time.

There are level pathways on the route around the town and by the river.. Accessible toilets at the Bus station Magdalen Road, where the guided walk starts. The guided walk is not suitable for dogs other than assistance dogs
