Please join the chair of Withington Civic Society, Simon Green, for a conservation area tour. We will be looking at the architecture of listed buildings within the conservation area telling the story of Withington from its origins as a rural village.

Meet outside the café at Manchester Cancer Research Centre, Withington Green, 555 Wilmslow Road, Cotton Lane Junction. This is a linear walk finishing the other side of the village centre at the Library on Rutherford Place. The walk will last an hour. There’s opportunity for refreshment/ toilets at nearby Sandbar at the end of the walk.
