Visit us for free for Heritage Open Day this Saturday 19 September between 10am and 12 noon: view our exhibitions, join in with object handling, try and beat the top score on our Tank Arcade game or target range. All welcome between 10am and 12 noon.
12 noon - 2pm 18 years and over only - Meet author David O'Kelly from 12 noon to find out about how he researched his new book, The Events of One Man's Summer - focusing on a soldier's experiences from joining up in WW1 to the First Battle of Ypres in autumn 1914. Suitable for 18 years and over only.

The museum is accessed down a flight of 11 steps. We have a platform stairlift.

The Events of One Man's Summer is suitable for 18 years and over only. There will be no admittance to those under the age of 18 during this activity. Our general Heritage Open Day activities 10am until 12 noon are open to all and everyone is welcome.
