A specially commissioned performance by Chol, exploring the cultural phenomenon of 'Daytimers' - the underground Bhangra scene of the 1990s and 2000's where young people of could hang out and dance in secret.

Daytimers is a family-friendly show devised with input from the people of Huddersfield who were part of this secret Bhangra scene. Music and performance will come together to celebrate a nationwide cultural movement of the late 20th century that Huddersfield was instrumental in - with raves regularly taking place in St George's Square.

Funded by Historic England's High Street Heritage Action Zone funding.
