Adult crafts in 1884 heritage signal box
Come and get crafty in our 1884 heritage signal box -"Flower Craft with Vintage Papers" - a small group activity set in the calming environment of our heritage signal box. Through this workshop you will learn skills and take home your own creations.

1884 railway signal box open with original levers and signal equipment sited on the working railway line at Irlam Station, Salford. Popular site visit for toddlers and adult railway buffs - brief tours provided on the day.
Saint Augustine's Church, Pendlebury
The Grade One Bodley church (thought by some to be his best work) is not usually open except for services. It will be open on Friday 11 September, Saturday 12 September, and Sunday 13 September (times as below).

St Paul's Church Kersal Moor
Victorian Gothic church built 1852 and remodelled after a fire in 1987. Large graveyard with graves of many Manchester Victorian notables. Talks and tours of church and churchyard.
St. Mark's Church, Worsley
Visitors will see our beautiful Grade I listed church, with volunteers on hand to explain the history. Consecrated in 1846. Designed by George Gilbert Scott. Stunning stained glass. Italian designed Reredos. Ring of 10 bells. Extensive graveyard.
