From architectural details to car parks, from benches to actual beehives, this circular walk will highlight some of Loughborough’s built environment, which sits alongside its parks, allotments, and green spaces.
This journey involves approximately two miles of walking, and while being wheelchair and pushchair-friendly, may not be suitable for those experiencing mobility difficulties. It is recommended that good walking shoes are worn.
Please note that walks take place whatever the weather, so please dress appropriately. Note also that there are no trained first aiders available on this walk.
There are no planned refreshment stops, but there are plenty of choices in the town centre, where the walk will being and end. This includes a variety of national chains, along with a wealth of unique local independent coffee shops.
The closest car park to the starting point is Granby Street, but there are other car parks available.
