Berwick on Film - the 1950s
Town Hall, 16 Marygate, Berwick-upon-Tweed, Northumberland, TD15 1BN
Most of this colour footage was taken by Fred Stott, a local businessman and artist. It provides a fascinating insight into life in Berwick at the time. It is accompanied by a short film about the Tercentenary Visit of the Coldstream Guards to the town in 1950.
A live commentary will be given to both films.
