Boundary House in Chatham Intra - a photographic gallery of historic images from the High Street and access to the former Featherstones boardroom with its c1720 painted panels

Boundary House was formerly the Elizabethan mansion of Sir John Hawkins and the head office of the Featherstones department store throughout the 20th Century. The foyer with its photographic record of the High Street is open to the public and you can also visit the mysterious painted room that doubled as Featherstones boardroom.
