This exhibition, new for 2026, features shops and industries of Halesworth at the turn of the 20th Century. It includes historic artefacts and period photographs and an opportunity to discover the businesses where these trades were carried out.

The Museum will be open throughout the Heritage Open Days fortnight from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive, from 10 until 1.00. In addition to the signature exhibition described here, the Museum’s collection includes artefacts from across the centuries including nationally significant hoards of Bronze Age tools and Iron Age and Roman coins.
