Walk through Chester, visiting some of John Douglas’ most notable buildings. The event will explore Douglas’ influences and methods, along with details from specific buildings, and provide a wider overview of Douglas’ impact on Chester during the Victorian period and into today.

The walk will be led by Chantal Bradburn of the University of Chester and a Douglas enthusiast. It will start by Grosvenor Park Lodge, proceed to and though Eastgate and finish near The Cross, at the centre of The Rows.
