Join us at the Pipewell and discover the everyday histories of our town’s historic water source. Explore its role in local life, learn about planned conservation work, share stories, and enjoy rare access to the well at this family-friendly event.

Alongside opportunities to explore the Pipewell, learn about its history and conservation plans, families and younger visitors will be invited to discover how people used the well in their daily lives. Through informal activities and challenges, visitors will be encouraged to think about water, community, and the everyday experiences of people in the past.

Museum volunteers will also be on hand to share the work we do at Liskeard and District Museum.
