Have you ever wondered what it might have been like to get up in the morning 5000 years ago? What you might have for breakfast and what you might do today? Come along to learn about the lives of the Neolithic people who built this incredible monument. Explore what their houses were like, what they ate and how they farmed.
English Heritage Volunteer guides will be onsite with items from the Neolithic handling collection at Keswick Museum for you to get a feel for the life you might have lived 5000 years ago.

Castlerigg stone circle is located in a field on the hillside. The grass surface is uneven in places. There are no toilet facilities on site. There is adequate roadside parking.
