We will be remembering and celebrating those from our community who fought in the World Wars.

Radcliffe has a rich history of people who served in the World Wars and the churchyard at Radcliffe Parish Church of St Mary contain 6 Commonwealth War Graves & 2 private memorials from the World Wars. Further afield in Bury we have the home of the Lancashire Fusiliers we will commemorate them and their history.

Parking is available at Close Park car park which is adjacent to the church. Traveling by tram, the church is a 20 minute walk. By bus from Radcliffe or Bury the 524 service stops on Bury St close to the church.

The main body of the church is accessible to all through the main entrance. The toilet is accessible to wheelchair users via a side entrance with a ramp. Pushchair/pram Friendly
