The MNR train service to Dereham will be operational - watch heritage steam or diesel locos in action!

- Wymondham Abbey Station is not the same as the town's main line station. Wymondham Abbey Station and its small car park are near the bottom of a short hill that descends alongside the Abbey's western boundary (Becketswell Road).

Station entry and talks are free of charge. If you wish to travel on the train, tickets can be purchased from the station Ticket Office - which will also be selling cold cans should you be thirsty. On the same date the MNR is running another Heritage Open Day at Dereham Station, at the other end of the line. Why not use the heritage train to get there?
