St Ann's Hill walk & Holland Chapel
St Ann's Hill car park, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 9NW
1100 - Meet in the car park (51.39632251732755, -0.5262670015374415) for a gentle stroll around the top of the Hill, learning about its history dating back to prehistoric times. The walk will last c.70/80 minutes. If you are bringing dogs with you please ensure they are well behaved and on a lead at all times, and please clean up after them. The ground is uneven so please wear appropriate footwear and dress for the weather!
1330 - 1530 The Holland Chapel, last resting place of Lady Mary Augusta Fox (1812-1889), will be open to the public. The tiny chapel is now in the grounds of the privately owned Holland Cottage, but Chertsey Museum has permission to open it to the public for just a few hours.
There’s no need to book the walk or the chapel, just come along!
Please park considerately and not block residents’ driveways.
Dogs are not permitted into the grounds of Holland Cottage.
