The Secret Garden, Stratford Road, Wolverton, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK13 0DY
This derelict site was leased from British Rail for a peppercorn rent by Wolverton & Greenleys Town Council more than 20 years ago. With vision and hard work from a group of local volunteers has been transformed into a green oasis in an urban area. It is much loved as a place to relax and enjoy nature and the public art pieces sited there. Volunteers will talk about the history of the site and its development.
