Walk the Windows

Take a guided tour around this beautiful church and explore a remarkable collection of stained-glass windows as part of a vision of worship by designer John Murray. His vision places Christ in Glory at it's heart, with the breath-taking East window depicting Christ surrounded by seven lights, angels, four beasts and elders worshipping on a sea of glass on which they have cast their crowns.

From the striking East and West windows to the many beautifully detailed windows throughout the church, each contributes to a rich narrative of faith, history and artistry. Set within William Butterfield's impressive building and stone tracery, the windows are among the church's most treasured features.

Advance booking is essential. Places are limited and can be booked through the Rugby Visitors Centre. If you are unable to attend after booking, please let the Visitor Centre know. Please wear suitable footwear to stand in church for the duration of the tour and bring an extra layer for warmth. All windows on the tour are fully accessible to view, apart from one window in the Vestry. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time of your tour.
