Cheetham Heritage Coach Tour

Meet at Victoria Station or Jewish Museum, Manchester, Greater Manchester

Blue Badge tour guide Jonathan Schofield is your host for this unmissable panoramic tour of Cheetham Hill. Discover the layers of spiritual and cultural history contained within this historic route and their architectural legacy. There will be five visits included within the tour: Central Gurdwara, Higher Crumpsall and Higher Broughton Synagogue, Al Khizra Masjid and two churches (St Chad's RC and Ukrainian Catholic)

Access

We regret that neither the bus nor all the buildings are wheelchair accessible; people with limited mobility are welcome but may find difficulty keeping up as there is some walking involved, including some steps.

Additional information

Max 50 people per tour/session. This is a fascinating afternoon, but quite energetic and involves some walking: please wear sensible shoes and be prepared to keep moving!

Please meet near the taxi rank outside Victoria Station at 1230 to depart promptly at 1245 or outside the Jewish Museum, 190 Cheetham Hill Rd M8 8LW at 1300.
