Fairfield Moravian Settlement
Fairfield Moravian Church and Settlement are of unique importance nationally, being the largest of its kind in Britain. It has been made into a Conservation Area with all of its buildings listed as being of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.
Mossley Heritage Centre
Historical Mossley characters, including Schoolteacher Alfred Holt, will chat to visitors about their everyday lives and the publication of a Centenary Edition of Holt's book "The Story of Mossley" will be launched.
St James (The Apostle) Church, Ashton-under-Lyne
St James Church is a Grade II listed Building, consecrated in December 1865. Church is near Ashton Town Centre with good public transport links, bus, train and tram.
St Mary’s Church Newton with Flowery Field, Hyde
Grade II listed Church of England church. Stained glass windows. Interior elements include fixed pews and galleries with box seating. Other fixtures include a stone font and pulpit, a wooden lectern, and various memorial tablets.
St Stephen's Church, Guide Bridge, Audenshaw
Grade II Listed church, consecrated 1846, Gothic revival style. chancel added 1900. Architect E.H.Shellard.
