The Old Gaol: Then and Now
Abingdon's Old Gaol was built in 1811. With its massive, stone-built central octagon and radial wings it dominates the river entrance to the town. It has served as a prison and more recently as a well-loved leisure and sports centre.
Trinity Church at 150
To mark its 150th anniversary, Trinity Church will be open throughout Saturday with an exhibition telling the story of the church from 1875 to 2025. On Sunday there will be a tour and talk.
