This garden is the secret garden of Maldon, hidden away behind the High Street. High brick walls and a black gate, the garden is set out with box hedges, gravel paths, old trees, looks pretty in the summer with planted borders, run by volunteers.
Medieval Brick Tower with rare brick newel staircase. Court Room, Council Chamber, Prison Yard and 360 degree panoramic views over River Blackwater from the roof. Stewards will be on every floor to explain the features & history of the building.
The Church will be open every day during the Heritage Open Day festival, with the Saturday guides available for tours and an opportunity to wander around the civic church and absorb the long history of the building and our working life.
