Behind the scenes at Bristol Museum & Art Gallery

We will take a tour through some of the collections spaces, revealing stories covering 200 years of collecting. You'll get to visit some of the object stores in the basement, including World Culture, Biology, British Archaeology, Fine Art and Geology. We are also excited to show off newly developed lab spaces in our historic building that help us care for and research our incredible collections.
Tours will last approximately one hour. N.b. This tour will include lots of steps. Some floors of this historic building do not have step-free access, please get in touch to discuss alternative arrangements. Recommended age 7+.
