George Martyn's Barn has stood on Main Street, Keyworth since 1651. This iconic C17th threshing barn is in the care of Keyworth Conservation Area Advisory Group (CAAG) and will be exploring Everyday Lives and the part they played in village life.

This year CAAG is presenting the theme of Everyday Lives with an exhibition in the 375 year old Barn. Visitors can step inside and appreciate the original features and the skills and materials used in producing such a structure all those years ago. The exhibition will explore the lives of Keyworth folk and feature those people who shaped Keyworth in our past, related to farming, framework knitting and local trades.
