St Martin's - the parish church of Ashton-upon-Mersey
A Grade II* listed building dating from 1714. A tower was added in 1887 in commemoration of Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee. Displays will show the lives of some people associated with the church and community throughout its history.

Explore our beautiful Grade II listed, neo-gothic building. Built in 1879 by philanthropists John and Enriqueta Rylands for the people of Stretford, the hall was awarded to the Friends group in 2014, following a passionate campaign to keep it public.
